Our Methodology


In UPCS, whether it is a coaching intervention or a workshop or a personal mastery program or a transformational retreat, our program design is driven by the following principles:

  • All our interventions are designed after having a deep understanding of the individual’s or organizational current realities so that the context is realistic and objective.

  • In the case of organizational interventions, internal stakeholders are key partners in designing a program and executing the plan.

  • The outcomes of all interventions must be tangible and measurable in a meaningful manner.

  • We like breaking down complex leadership concepts into simpler & smaller nuggets that is easier for people to relate in their given context and implementable despite the routine workload and crisis situations at work.

  • The focus of all interventions is always to engage, energize, empower, inspire and enable people to be their best version.
